best way to start a call?

What is the best way to start a call ? small talk? Just say hello? state your name ?

Does/Has Anyone Worked For PSB Associates?

I just came across PSB Associates... does anyone know anything about them? What's the pay like (and do they pay you in a timely fashion)? Do I need to keep a set schedule? For the mose part, I can work 9-5 any weekday, but I sometimes need to take off for acting work.

I started working for LDW Group on August 1st and so far it has been nothing but amazing and I justed to post here and let everyone now it is turning out great.
I log in and out as I please, amazing staff and super nice dispatchers, great pay structure with so many bonuses that it would be impossible not to make well over my expectations of this business especially dispatch. No trolling or looking for clients. Just chit chatting in their chatroom and posting forums and mp3 and blogs...

What do I do now? Gotta a job but no calls

OK. Here goes. Finally convinced myself to do the PSO thing after two years of texting. Get myself hired. Nice company well they are nice as far as I can tell. Go to work -- nervous as can be. No calls. Finally get one call. Goes not too bad for first call though the caller had bought a "block" of ten minutes so could not keep him on. I am like ok this is good first call is done and this is easier than texting because its one conversation instead of lots of conversations...

I just figured out the lipservice is a branch from papillon agency. My sister in law told me that its more like sending messages back and forth instead of 1 on 1 talk. Has anyone had any experience with lipservice any advice?

Hi everyone! I am new here and am very happy to have found this forum.

It has been a few years since I last worked as a PSO. I don't remember which company I worked with before but the hours were flexible and I could work whenever I wanted to. They really didn't have a schedule just required me to work at least 10 hours per week. When I wanted to work, all I had to do was dial into their system and give the dispatcher my id number. Universal Talk and pictures

I've heard very positive things about UT, but from years and years ago, so I wanted to check again more currently, since I just applied there. Also, they mention needing to create a profile with a picture, with the option for a purchased image of a model-- do they provide this, or will I have to buy a picture myself? And if so, how do you think I'd go about that?

I have been looking into being a PSO and I'm looking for a company that has no set schedule where I can just log in when I have the free time to do it. I acn work 20+ hours doing it, but with my schedule at the moment I'm not sure what set times I can do it.
