I was told when hired to check my commission statement for mistakes.Every time I do this and find mistakes I send them into the manager. After that it seems my call volume drops tremendously. It seems I only get my regs and a few 5 minute calls. Also, the dispatchers also work as pso some days and when they do I get very little calls. I know its the dispatcher's job to match the caller with a pso but its hard to believe that I only match my regs . I need to find a dispatch pso job that will keep me busy. I work an 8 hour shift and get 1 call in 4 hours isnt fair or appealing to me anymore. I don't think its a coincidence anymore that this happens after I report mistakes on my commission statement since the dispatchers turn in the time of the calls. I have mentioned this before to my manager about my call volume dropping and she just said there are slow days. It just seems weird to my the slow days happen after I report mistakes. Anyone got any advice or maybe a suggestion on another company that won't do this?Thanks so much!

Posts: 7 03/08/08 02:31:30	Unfortunately it seems some companys have shady practices where they get their favourite girls and despatchers keep calls for themselves. some but not the majority I might add. if you get 1 call in 4 hours that is very poor.some days are slower than others but then its impossible to prove if thats down to the managers screwing thigns around. one way around it is to work for a company that lets the guys pick who they want to speak to from a recorded menu. where i work,the guys can hear a list of who is on and pick one out,or pick one out at random,or come through to us by putting our pin number in. so theres never any risk of favouritism with ops. if you want details of who im with PM me.
