What company should i apply to? what company should i Not apply to? who is good to work for? who isn't? How much is the average pay? I have sooo many questions and have no one to ask. Please help me if you can, x

Posts: 5 07/17/08 17:44:00	I've recently started with live lines they seem fine to me, I get calls and I get paid, the main pain in the rear is that I MUST commit to 25 hours [No Problem] & Must work 1 night shift a week, I would some flexibility as my hubby works shifts, 2 weeks on & 2 weeks off. I have found it hard, so If you find anything with hours to suit my flexible lifestyle let me know, I will do the same 4U. What triggered your interest in Chatline work? I read an ad in LoveIt and thought it would be ideal to work from home & avoiding journeys to work 9to5 and be a laugh too, I have found It fun... at the moment lol. the internet has been a god send for resources and stories. Posts: 3 07/18/08 03:05:34	Hello, Thank you for the advice. I have a son of 2 and a half months and me and my partner are really finding it hard to make ends meet. So i need to work again. I dont want to go back to a job that i would have to go to as such as i would then have to pay for a child minder, plus i dont want to miss out on my littlen growing up. I see an ad in More magazine, but i still dont know if it is legit. I have applied but i will apply for some more. I have read about live lines, they seem to be pretty popular, but I cant commit to ANY rota or shift etc. I need Complete flexible hours to suit me and my life (son and hubby). I have also come accross a company called press mania. But again that one does not look so legit. excel media, datapro services, candywall also. But i have no idea. The one that suits me at the moment is datapro as they do not have any shifts, all they ask for is a minimum of 10 hours per week. But the money is only 15p per min untill i get upgraded??!! is that about right???? I spoke to one of the women at the office and she was really helpfull, unlike the woman excel media! she was really rude, so i will not be applying there! lol. Can anybody reccomened a company for my needs, I dont care how many hours i need to complete (as long as its realistic), i just DONT want the shifts!! HELP ME!!! PLEASE!!! Thanks. x

He should never pay for a job up front. They should be paying him. Check your pm's.

It has been known to be very poor quality in some areas but very good in others. It would be a shame to lose a good job for a newbie because of inadequate phone service. Also, if cost was the reason for that choice, consider that you would be working for about a month before you have have to pay for the installation of a land line. AOS/NTS is dispatch so the calls are routed to you and you won't need long distance for that company, unless you have to call the company occasionally and they do not provide an 800# for their ops to call. As far as Vonage we have a several girls that work for our company and use vonage. One in Canada and one in North Carolina and they haven't had any problems with vonage.
