LOL. You may be a newbie, but you're catching on fast. This job "opportunity" makes no sense at all. Even vanilla customer service idiot jobs pay more than 17cpm and all you do is answer the phone. The cheapest dispatch pso jobs also pay more than that and all you do is answer the phone.

Also, it's not that unusual to be able to use your cell in this business. As far as I know, the majority of phone sex business are female-owned. And if I wanted to feel a part of a family, I would call up my family--lol. If I did work for a member of my family, I'm sure they would pay me much more than 17cpm. I most certainly would pay any member of my family more than that because I would want to pay them fairly and 17cpm for pso work is excruciatingly low pay and, imo, not fair at all.

Well, I just looked at the website for the first time. I didn't look before because I couldn't get past that 17cpm.--lol.

I actually like the color, the simple design and the drawing and even the one pic is ok, although amateurish looking as some customers like. I found only two misspellings in the FAQ. However, exposing all the information there to any customer who wants to read it is not a good idea.

Then you get to the How Do I Get Paid section which states that you pay monthly on the 30th by direct deposit. Quite frankly, anyone who goes to work for a brand new company that has no track record of on-time, accurate payments and waits for an entire month to see if she is going to get paid or not, is not making a wise decision. Since there is no track record of payments or history of any payments or any business at all, it would be preferable to start out by offering weekly pay or at least every two weeks. Since this company has no history, there is no reason why anyone should trust that they will get paid and a month is too long to work and wait to find out. This makes me suspect that there is very little, if any, money behind this enterprise. Hopefully, I'm wrong because that's asking for trouble.

Next, it goes into some silly stuff about hours and periodic raises of 3 cents and this: "You must ask for a raise and tell us why you deserve it and we will negotiate with you." HUH? LOL. That's unique.

Then when you get down to the bottom of the page, you'll see something about CHARGING THE OP $10per month to be a Featured Operator--lol. This is more than unique--it's outrageous. However, the first 20 are exempt from this. I don't think that's going to be much of a problem because it will be a very long time before there will be 20 operators needed for this site.

Lastly, there's no 2257 statement on this site and although there's no naughty pics, you might want to look into that.

Overall, I agree that this site and this business is very unprofessional and needs a lot of work and rethinking. That said, good luck with your "learning experience". There's always room for another GOOD phone sex company that pays FAIR rates.
