Firstly, Im new to forums, not quite sure where to type a message, so I apologise for not putting this in the correct place :-)
I need some advise on headsets, I just started as a PSO and am using a cordless phone, my neck is slowly becoming tilted, for fear of developing a permanent fixture, I really need a headset & compatible cordless phone, please help. Im sure the many experienced PSOs here would have learned from experience, so I look forward to your advise :-)
In the meantime I will be using a coldpack and sucking on Lockets, I didnt realise there was so much to it, lol.
Did I mention Im looking for a cheap set cordless phone & headset hopefully under £50 if thats possible
