Posts: 96 05/03/09 04:20:21	I'd just like to say.. the last two weeks have been PRE-Recession minutes Even the part time girls are easily making their goals... Only real, bad slowdown I saw was beginning of February.. then beginning of March.... Since then.. we've been perfectly A-Okay.... From October til probably April 10th.. there was a consistent slowdownish trend.. maybe being off 10-15% at the worst...... but since April 10th... we've been rocking and rolling Maybe one bad day per week.... which is then made up on another day. Posts: 37 05/03/09 10:48:07	We're not slow. Our April '09 numbers were 11% above our April '08 sales and 89% above our April '07 numbers. January did slow down to about 2% lower than January '08 but February began the recovery and by March we were back to above our '08 numbers.

I couldn't remember exactly when Motowngirl's last last thread about how horrible this business is was posted but her posts on this thread are just the same tired, old recycled whining and complaining that we saw back then. Ladies, I have come to the conclusion that MotownGirl is probably not a pso at all. If she were, she would have used some of the information freely available here to improve her place in this business or, failing that, find a job in a field that suits her better. After all, only a fool would continue working in the worst circumstances when she knows that she has options. Perhaps "she" is just a disgruntled customer who is just trying to jerk us around. If "she" were looking at this business from the inside out instead of from the outside in, "she" would know a lot more about it than "she" does. Is it even possible for someone to be in any business for 2+ years and in that time learn absolutely nothing about it? I doubt it.

It is that way in any business the longer you been doing it the better you are at it. You have been there done that so to speak. I have been in this business about two years and I am better now than I was in the beginning. You all are a rare breed . Like some of you said clients do move on and I am sure that's what has happened and some are not calling as much as they was. I believe there are alot of factors in why it has slowed down for some of us. I have ask the manager and the dispatchers of the company I work for they say it has slowed down . Since I posted this thread it has picked up some and I am thinking its due to some quitting . Hopefully, one day ten years from now I can be riding high and living the good life as some say they can doing this job . Posts: 557 12/04/09 08:49:44	Well if you are with a company that does not allow requests, theres not much you can do to help your numbers other than be available as much as possible. Repeat callers are the bread and butter of this industry no matter what the ecomony is doing.
