Posts: 71 10/09/04 11:44:52	Tags : None Can anyone share their experiences with this agency? I was sent the contract via email. But it does not tell you the important information about rate of pay, hour minimum, anything else other than they pay you MONTHLY! According to their contract, they are based in the UK, but the contract makes references to operators in the US also, so I know they hire in the US obviously. I just want to know important information BEFORE i go ahead and send the contract off. Just seems fishy to me that you can't get any information about the pay, and type of calls also. Keep in mind, they have PSO positions too. They don't have trolling available at this time according to the posting. Any imput will be appreciated.

Posts: 4 10/10/04 04:26:23	Hi hunny, The reason there is nothing about wages etc on the contract is so that anything you are told is confidential information and cannot be discussed with anyone. Signing the contract will not tie you to us, if you dont like what you hear then fine. But we will not pass out information like this until the contract has been signed. All the best. Celinna

We have nothing to hide from those interested in working for us but as has been found in the past, there are people out there who just want to know about us, pay, hours, shifts etc then try to under cut us. It is my perogative to ask for information on certain companies, as everyone on this board does. I have recieved a few emails in regards to applying for this position and about when training will start, but have not been told how much the payrate is. I have read somewhere that the pay is 10-12 cents a min, I don't know if thats true or not but I chose not to apply with this company, simply because they donot provide enough info for me to make a decision.

As for that pay, lol no hunny we dont pay that but as you have not signed a contract!! And I cannot discuss it on this or any board. Please dont slate what you dont know. At this point I don't really care, I was just commenting on my experience with applying with the company. I'm glad that you have hundreds of ops who want to work for you maybe now I won't be recieving any more emails telling me to respond if I still want to work for you. I can see why the company may have issue's. As far as the pay and contract go, I personally would never sign a contract that did not include pay structure. If you do, you can expect to be paid whatever they decide to give you. And it is just silly for you to come here and defend your "bosses" attitude about it. I don't know of anyone that is serious, seasoned and dedicated to their job that would sign without all the facts. And it is ludicris to ask anyone to!

Do they know what a contract is? It is a legal and binding agreement and no one should sign such a form without knowing all the facts. Apparently, there are many problems, but to hook someone into a contract before sharing this valuable information is an accident waiting to happen.

Yeah right... its every day that all of US have applied with a company in real life.<I'm talking about brick and morter, benefits someone has heard of your company NASDAQ type job.> and applies without knowing the pay or pay range. Accepts the job then is told what the pay and benefits are. Ive never met anyone that did that. Now I have and still have experience working for this company and others, but I take these kind of jobs as the professionalism they should be with a grain of salt. Its fun side money to buy a washing machine or oven without dipping into your real job money. So I accept those crazy this is how we run our company terms and accept the fact that these aren't stanford or tuck business school graduates. Like someone else mentioned earlier, you can find what they pay on some of the other message boards. PM me if you don't know any of the other boards but i believe some of them are mentioned in a permanent sticky on this one.

We are all adults that want to earn money but there are people out there that just want to be nastie and tell the owners of other companies what 121 are doing so textqueen you are doing a fantasic job nearly as good as Boss L and Boss H who are the best bitches

And it seems we all had or have our experiences, and opinions! Fantabulous! I needed the information to make an INFORMED DECISION on whether to sign the contract or not WITHOUT imformation of the rate of pay, type of calls, hour requirements...ah..you can read the thread in the beginning of the topic. It was not my intention to be "mean" or "nasty" to anyone at all. I just feel it is my right (as with everyone else who contributes their views) to ask. As I stated in the second thread I posted, I DID email and was REFUSED more information other than they pay monthly. So that was the factor in my decision. Nothing more. I am glad you like your boss and that is an important aspect in ANY job. More power too you! Peace and love girls!

From what you have said here this agreement is nothing more than something that confirms your name and your age and that you wont mention anything about the said company. I would have thought that if you have nothing to hide that this would not be a problem for you or are you doing market research because afterall this is not the first company that you have questioned!

I think it's my right as it is everyone else. My decision was to NOT sign on, based on information NOT given to me. A contract is "business" to me. It may be something different to someone else. Whatever works. I think asking questions does not mean one has something to hide. And I certainly won't ask someone a direct question that would provoke the other person or to put him/her on the spot for no reason at all. It's all business. From what I gather, we all kind of look out for one another here. We give our opinions on certain agencies and all opinions are welcome of course. There are some of us who haven't quite found the right agency that we can be comfortable with. I certainly don't need to tell you that it's kind of like shopping for shoes! You like the style, and the fit, then go for it. Peace and love y'all!
